Exhibitors

Regulations for NZ2020

NZ2020 will be governed by the following FIP Regulations:

  • General Regulations of the FIP for Exhibitions(GREX)
  • General Regulations of the FIP for the Evaluation of Competitive Exhibits at FIP Exhibitions(GREV)
  • Special Regulations of the FIP for the Evaluation of Competitive Exhibits at FIP Exhibitions(SREVs); and
  • subject to the GREX, GREV and SREVs, by the specific regulations that apply for the NZ2020 exhibition – the Individual Regulations for NZ2020 (IREX).

Entry and other forms

A range of forms required for exhibitiors will be provided. These include:

  • Exhibit Application Form
  • Philatelic Literature Exhibit Information Form
  • Inventory form

Entries close 31 October 2019.

Intending exhibitors MUST read the IREX for full details of classes.

All competitive entries must meet pre-qualifying standards.

Commissioners

Contact details for Commissioner will be found, once they are appointed, at Commissioners.  Exhibits, other than those from New Zealand, once accepted, must be delivered to NZ2020 by the country’s commissioner.

Jury

Exhibits will be judged using standard criteria by an internationally qualified team who will be described at Jury.

Exhibits

Once exhibits have been accepted by the organising committee (expected no later than 31 December 2019) full details by entrant, country, class, exhibit title and numbers of frames will be published in the exhibits area of this website.

As soon as possible after the awards are known the exhibits area of the website will be updated with the results for each exhibit and will provide information on entries which win the special prizes on offer.
